shinta mani
"Shinta Mani", derived from Sanskrit, meaning "the gem that provides everything one desires", is an appropriate name for this boutique Hotel and Institute of Hospitality in Siem Reap, Cambodia. This concept was created by Sokoun Chanpreda, whose family has long ties in the gemstone and jewelry business, as part of his pro-poor tourism vision for the development of Cambodia.
This unique 18 room villa hotel features a regionally recognized Spa and restaurant while offering guests a special introduction to Khmer hospitality. Shinta Mani’s community based projects have been recognized by both the private and NGO sectors as a blueprint to furthering sustainable tourism within the region. These activities have proven to be a driving marketing force in the success of the property.
